It has been a while since I updated this site as time is very short nowadays. YouTube is picking back up and you can always stay up to date on Facebook.

Blurb: Unlocking Modes is exactly what it says on the tin, it teaches you my insight into how to use modes. There are a few theories and methods floating around but I believe mine to be the most thorough and one of the most useful. Despite only scratching the surface of my methods the main video lessons clock in at just shy of 90 mins and covers how to create all seven modes, what exactly they REALLY are and also a few applications.
There is also a further (just shy of) 20 mins of video of me improvising over the 7 backing tracks (also included) and teaching seven licks, one for each mode.
This of course comes with all 7 backing tracks as well as two PDF booklets, one with the main lesson material (and a couple of tips on how to solo in each modal backing track) and a sheet with each of the seven licks tabbed out.
I believe this to be a fantastic guide to modes whether you are a total novice to the subject or whether you are already quite seasoned in the area, there is always more to learn!

Format: DVD Data Disc. Sadly I cannot offer digital download as the files amass to nearly 4 gig. Pop the disc into your computer and it should open as if it were a memory pen / flash drive / whatever and all of the content is accessible there.

2013 so far has been interesting and a lot of hard work. The club / cover scene seems to be all but dead and I’m considering getting out and involving myself more thoroughly in other areas of music as the work is really drying up there.

On the plus side, the album (Man In The Telescope) is coming together nicely and work has begun on the project that will follow the release of MITT, but more on that at a later date. The tentative release date for MITT is this summer. I now have the skills of a talented vocalist and we will be getting into the vocal tracking and production within the next few months.

And for now that is about it. Be sure to keep following me on YouTube and Facebook for more regular updates.

The recording of the album is going well and scheduled for an Easter release. Other than that there isn’t much more to say besides Happy New Year!

Recording has finally begun, excited!
